Welcome to E&A Advisors, LLC website. E&A Advisors is a separately managed and distinct entity from Eitel & Armstrong. E&A Advisors provides financial advice to middle market companies on capital formation, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings and private placements. E&A Advisors is registered as a broker-dealer with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") and is a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA"). Mr. Armstrong is the CEO and Managing Partner of E&A Advisors, LLC. E&A Advisors and Eitel & Armstrong are affiliated by common ownership.
Different Approach
We provide families and private companies with highly tailored advice from the inception of an idea through execution. We partner with our clients on the strategic assessment, preparation, communication and execution. We do not see our role as transactional but rather serving as a partner to the Company in unlocking and realizing sustainable value. Mr. Armstrong is personally involved in every transaction.
We believe our specialty is working through complex private company transactions that require creativity, sensitivity and unique hands on solutions. This could include preparation for a liquidity event, negotiated M&A transactions, private placements, capital structure changes or general advisory services. We do not compete with the boutiques or investment banks on broadly disseminated transactions but rather can get involved in the preparation for such event, solicitation and selection of an investment banker and oversight of the execution.
